Yes it's ~Dragon-RKG again I'm just posting a journal about rules etc.=D

Rules to joining

Please Note us. The subject must say "MEMBERSHIP". We will try and get back to you as soon as we can. Once membership has been granted, you must:
1)Watch the club
2)Add our icon to any journals you make.

Rules to submitting

Not that this has happened yet but if ppl wish to submit art to us we will gladly accept. Just note to us with the subject "Submission"

Rules to Affliate

Basically just note us with a link to the club and we will add it to our journal. "AFFLIATE" is the subject.
